4 Step Application Process - EACH ADULT age 18 or older and any co-signer must go through the process below.
What type of information will be accessed to conduct the tenant screening;
1. Rental reference check of current, prior landlord contacts provided by applicant,
plus any additional addresses found during background check process.
2. Employment verification and Income verification with use of
tax returns, hire letters, pay stubs, statements from employer, etc.
3. Credit report will be obtained from one of the 3 credit bureaus and
accounts will be reviewed for timely payments.
4. Public Records check for criminal and civil records will be requested nationally.

2. Process the credit check $28.50 per adult -

3. Log back in to your Applyconnect account that you just created,
a. Click on the landlord name and Select Application
b. Please put address you're applying for in place of: BLUE MTN RENTALS APPLICATION
c. Completely fill out the online application form and submit.
d. Co-signers, please put name(s) of applicants in comment box before your signature.
4. Provide documentation for additional information:
a. Send a copy of your government issued photo ID AND
b. your last 2 months proof of income (Paystubs, Hire Letter, Tax Return, Etc.)
** If you're on housing voucher or assistance - please submit a copy of the award letter.
