Dear Valued Client, Applicant or Tenant, As we all continue to monitor the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely, we wanted to reach out and share the actions Blue Mtn Rentals LLC is taking to keep our employees and the community at large safe, as well as continue to provide top quality service to our customers. 

We are aware of the growing concerns of the coronavirus (COVID-19) not only as a public safety health risk, but also of the global impact it is creating with temporary closures of schools, public events, businesses and more. 

We have been carefully monitoring the progression of COVID-19 making decisions in the best interest of protecting the health of our employees---and subsequently our clients, applicants and tenants --, while managing the potential for business disruption. As a result of these preventive and precautionary steps, we expect to increase the use of alternative methods of working together including phone calls, text messaging, video tours of available rental opportunities, remote working arrangements and video or conference calls that take the place of face-to-face meetings or showing appointments. 

We believe this approach can help us limit risk to the health of our customers as well as our employees while continuing to move us all forward on our shared objectives. These steps also keep us in line with the Govenor mandated 'stay at home' measures implemented state wide on 3/23/2020.

4 Step Application Process  -   EACH ADULT age 18 or older OR co-signer must go through the process below.

What type of information will be accessed to conduct the tenant screening;
Rental reference check of current, prior landlord contacts provided by applicant, plus any additional addresses found during background check process.
Employment verification and income verification with use of tax returns, hire letters, pay stubs, statements from employer, etc.
Credit report will be obtained from one of the 3 credit bureaus and accounts will be reviewed for timely payments.
Public Records check for criminal and civil records will be requested nationally.

Completely fill out the online application form and submit. 


4. Provide a copy of your government issued photo ID AND 
your last 2 months proof of income (Paystubs, Hire Letter, Tax Return, Etc.)
If you're on housing voucher or assistance - please submit a copy of the award letter.

OR FAX your proof of income only to (509) 593-4078 - photos do not fax well, so no ID.
